Context & challenge
Ruthless Management provides cyber and physical security services, consultation and related support. It wanted to expand into e-commerce, selling security products and services online, and needed a clear digital plan to support that growth.
My role
What was mine
- Built
- A WordPress e-commerce website for the company’s cybersecurity products and services.
- Planned
- A 12-month digital marketing strategy covering positioning, lead generation and customer acquisition, based on market research and competitor analysis.
- Brokered
- Hardware supplier partnerships to extend the offer beyond software.
Approach
The work started with research: understanding competitors and where the opportunities were, then turning that into a roadmap and a working sales channel. The consultancy combined strategy with hands-on build, so the plan and the shop were designed together.
