Growing up in Bangladesh, I heard this question all the time: “What do you want to be when you grow up?”

Doctor? Engineer? Lawyer? Basically, pick one and make the family proud. 😂

But I can’t remember anyone asking me: “What problem do you want to solve?”

One question starts with a job title. The other starts with curiosity. And curiosity leads to questions, learning, skills, and eventually, real value.

I’d love my daughter’s generation to grow up hearing that second question more often.
